Changes:
- Added post-game replay and animated GIF export.
- Credits now includes all non-development roles including crowdsourced translators.
- Added the -noblur command-line parameter to disable the blur effect if it's causing problems.
Fixes:
- Fixed statistics tracking on resumed games.
- Hopefully fixed Steam achievement syncing issues, and added more logging in case we didn't.
